How long until I get my shoes?
Production takes 5–10 working days, plus 4–8 days shipping to the US or EU — about 9–18 days in total. True art takes time.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — at the sketch stage. You pay upfront to reserve your slot, but if the digital sketch isn’t right, you get a 100% refund, no questions asked. Once you approve the sketch and we begin painting, the order is final, because each pair is made to order just for you.
How does the co-creation process work?
You approve a digital sketch before we paint — love it and we begin, or get a full refund. Then you approve real photos of the finished pair before we ship. You’re 100% covered until you say yes to the sketch.
How do I get the right size?
We provide an EU/US size chart and 1-to-1 sizing help. With Fit to Perfection, if you measured correctly and it still doesn’t fit, we remake at 50% off.
Will the artwork crack or fade?
Every pair is sealed with Angelus paint and a matte finisher — water-resistant and built to last, backed by a 1-year crack & fade guarantee.
Are the designs original?
Always. We paint only original, IP-safe art — drip, splatter, botanical, pearls and crystals — never licensed logos or characters.
